Job Details

As an Account Manager, you will support a portfolio of clients to provide a best-in-class experience. The Account Manager is responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Serve as lead point of contact for assigned clients. Be the advocate for them!
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and needs
  • Effectively transition customers from Sales to Implementation through a seamless onboarding process
  • Lead weekly and/or monthly status calls with customers, including ownership of agenda and follow-ups
  • Develop quarterly business reviews for each customer and present both externally to the customer and internally to the business leaders
  • Work with clients on a monthly basis to develop volume and financial forecasts
  • Assist with the development and sharing of best practices with internal teams and clients in order to deliver exceptional client experience and value
  • Regularly share customer feedback for product improvements with Product Management Team
  • Ensure all new client requests, features and/or services have been discussed and delivery dates agreed to by the Product and Operations Teams prior to committing to the customer

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account or client management, and/or customer support
  • Must have excellent presentation, written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Fluent in multiple system applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zendesk, G-suite products, WMS, etc.)
  • Operations experience required, fulfillment/distribution a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast growing start up
  • Ability to navigate tough situations and keen understanding of when escalation is necessary

Job  Duties

• Trouble shoot high and low voltage equipment using a multi meter.
• Understand and troubleshoot PLC ran equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Understand and read electrical drawings for troubleshooting and tracing automation panels.
• Executes the preventative maintenance program.
• Responds to line calls to repair problems and keep lines running.
• Executes all equipment changeovers.
• Performs equipment upgrades as needed.
• Installs new equipment and assist install technicians as needed.
• Performs daily inspections (PM) on all equipment to ensure its properly working.
• Orders and controls necessary supplies to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Complete maintenance work orders and completes all paperwork.
• Responsible to supply your own tools.
• Responsible to maintain the maintenance shop equipment.
• Maintains an inventory of parts and supplies needed for maintenance shop.
• Makes capital improvement recommendations.
• Must be able to drive a forklift.

Requirements:

Job Duties

  • Review, evaluate, and prioritize work requests and assign to mechanics.
  • Create weekly purchase and work order reports.
  • Report and track on contractor activities, budget, supplies, and planned projects.
  • Track purchase orders and report monthly spending is on track for budget.
  • Work with vendors and get multiple quotes for best pricing.
  • Maintain accurate parts room inventory in CMMS software.
  • Issue and charge parts in CMMS software for work orders and PM’s.
  • Create purchase orders
  • Work with shipping and receiving for incoming packages and verify quantities are accurate against shipper and PO.
  • Work with accounting on PO’s and billing reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and plan with 3rd party contractors.
  • Always maintain the maintenance shop clean and organized. Report to Maintenance supervision when mechanics leave work centers dirty.
  • Perform safety inspections on equipment in Maintenance shop and create work order for all repairs required. Report all safety issues to Maintenance Lead.
  • Responsible to follow company’s policies and procedures.
  • Responsible to follow all GMP’s and adhere to all Safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

 

Requirements

  • Proficient math and computer skills are required.
  • Minimum 35 wpm.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Forklift Certified
  • Use of power tools (drill and impact)
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage filling and packaging equipment.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Details

Safely and efficiently, operate rotary filler and capper, labeler, and other packaging equipment on 300 bpm filling line.

Requirements/Abilities

 

·         Responsible to change over filling and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

·         Troubleshoot all equipment to ensure minimal downtime to meet quality and efficiency standards.

·         Responsible to pick up production schedule and check with production supervisor for any changes on published schedule.

·         Set up and operate PE labeler.

·         Set up filler and capper and all tank supply and filler connections to ensure on time startups.

·         Setup and operate case packer packaging equipment.

·         Operate CIP for cleaning and sanitizing equipment as needed.

·         Coordinate and make necessary connections for product rotation, drains, and wash outs.

·         Verify product identification labels for cases are correct.

·         Responsible to notify Production and Quality Management of any issues with line production that may result in product quality or health risk.

 

 

Requirements

·         High School Diploma

·         Satisfactorily Pass Background, Drug test and Strength Test

·         Minimum one-year experience in the food and beverage industry as a high-speed filler and packaging operator.

Job Details

Perform a range of repetitive assembly operations at assigned workstations using hand and power tools to assemble various products and sub-assemblies. Move completed assembly to designated areas. Move stock to and from workstations, stock racks and holding areas. May be required to rack and unrack parts and finished goods. Assemblers may be required to work at any workstation on the assembly line.

Job Duties

General

  • Follow instructions and procedures to assemble various parts and components in prescribed sequence and location.
  • Visually check and inspect work to insure proper quality.
  • Responsible for both quality and quantity of work.
  • Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.
  • Ensure that work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
  • Follow prescribed safety regulations.

 

Material Handling

Working in tandem with another Assembler, obtain materials to be assembled from designated area.

Remove laminated product from conveyor and set up on assembly table.

Align parts to be assembled together.

Hand “pinch” edges of glued component areas as needed to ensure proper adhesion.

Move assembled product to conveyor, to be transported to the next workstation.

Move empty pallets to designated areas as needed.

 

Off Load Station

Set up pallet and cardboard at the end of the conveyor.

Working in tandem with another Team Assembler, obtain finished product from conveyor and place on pallet.

Inspect product for poor glue bonding or any other quality issues.

Move full pallet of finished product to curing area using hand pallet jack.

 

Rail Station

Obtain bed bases from compression machine and place on cardboard on top of assembly table.

Assemble product, ensuring a tight glue bond at all connecting surfaces.

Move completed product to the conveyor, to be transported to the next workstation.

 

Laminator Cleaning

Work with the other Assemblers, follow work instructions to complete proper cleaning of the lamination equipment.

Wear required PPE (gloves) when cleaning the equipment.

 

Requirements

 

High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness;

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.

Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.

Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

 

 

Pay: 1st Shift $13.25/hr

2nd Shift $14.25/hr
