Order Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Puller is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Duties and Requirements Include:
Pull products from shelves and ensure that they are not damaged.
Load and unload shipments and place shipments on racking systems.
Ensure the accuracy of each order.
Pack item kits in accordance to specifications provided by the customer or company.
Receive product deliveries.
Record and check quantity and quality of good received.
Print and distribute packing slips.
Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors and managers.
Maintain safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations.
Attendance at work and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required frequently: standing, walking kneeling, squatting, bending reaching, and work in hot or cold temperatures.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and department manuals.
