Job Summary: The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for delivering high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporary personnel to the customer’s job requirements and safety responsibilities. Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service, and performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance.
*Maintain and manage all temporary personnel
*Oversee and manage time keeping system
*Perform associate check in’s at client site
*Maintain and answer all client questions, concerns and request
*Provide Excellent customer service at client site to all executives and staff
*Promote safety a job site
*Handle and document any injury occurrences
*Be responsible for on call mobile phone
*Communicate with Kamran staff all requests and client updates
*Coach and counsel associates at client site
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
High School diploma required
Minimum of 1 year experience
Excellent oral and written communication.
Bilingual English and Spanish
