CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION (CSR)/ SALES – :
The role of CSR/Sales is: Responsible for monitoring “Customer satisfaction” and ensuring prompt action and resolution of all customer issues (Examples include taking request for quotes, processing orders, providing follow up / status, to customers via telephone, fax, email, and customer internet portals. Provides in-service support for escalated issues and works with other groups to strategize solutions for issue resolution. Investigates issues thoroughly and maintains comprehensive information pertaining to customer issues.
Facilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality. Communicates regularly with clients to ensure company is meeting their expectations. Encourages, facilitates and reinforces strong relationships between Customers and Management.
A minimum of three (3) years of previous CSR experience, preferably, in Aerospace.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
Must be computer literate
Data processing technologies such as MS Office applications and ERP experience is an asset.
Blueprint/Drawing interpretation a Plus.
Typing abilities of a minimum of 30 WPM
Shift: M-F 7:00 AM — 3:30 PM (schedule may vary slightly)

• Fabricate, assemble, install, calibrate, repair, test and inspect gas flow devices and
• Assemble, install and calibrate pneumatic and electric actuated control valves, and perform
general piping connections.
• Pressure test flow and monitoring device assemblies and to insure the proper and safe
operation on the equipment;
• Install or remove both field and panel mounted equipment;
• Work with analytic computer software, calculators, voltage and current meters, and
electronic probes in order to diagnose faults in circuitry.
• Must have the ability to read equipment prints, secure information from OEM manuals, and
proficiency with measurement tools.
3+ years of manufacturing, refinery, or power plant maintenance experience as an
Corona Client is now looking for a detail orientated office assistant to work part time hours in an office setting. Hours are Monday- Friday from 10am-2pm. Duties will include but are not limited to: answering incoming calls, creating agendas, communicating with executives, placing orders, and other duties as assigned. Pay is $12.00 per hour.
Corona warehouse is seeking a full time production coordinator to work Monday- Friday from 8am -5pm. Duties will include but are not limited to coordinating daily delivery schedule, data entry, invoice organizing and other duties as assigned. This is a temp to hire position with a $12 per hour pay rate.
