Job Details

To ensure all customer’s goods are picked, packed, shipped and received efficiently and properly. Have over sight of floor team and ensure all company SOP’S are followed and customer expectations are met.

Job Duties

  • Employee must provide training, supervision, and lead all workers to understand how to work efficiently, safely, and maintain accuracy.
  • Employee must record and provide daily efficiency numbers on all outbound & inbound activity in order to establish that the rates in place are accurate and to also to know how to schedule labor accordingly and efficiently.
  • Report staffing needs to immediate Supervisor
  • Employee must be able to use all warehouse equipment in order to train staff properly and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Must be able to answer all questions regarding open orders to the CSR that handles customers account
  • Employee will need to coordinate with all carriers for deliveries and pick ups
  • Employee will from time to time be required to communicate with a customer
  • QC of all inbounds and out bounds based on customer requirements and company established SOP’S.
  • Employee must be able to read and fully understand customers rates to insure work is in scope of rate agreement
  • Responsible to attend daily staffing and facility meetings with immediate supervisors

Requirements

  • Must have prior knowledge and experience in this field.
  • Certified in all MHE Equipment
  • OSHA 10, CPR and AED Trained, Bi Lingual a plus

Must have experience with Microsoft Office

Must be able to communicate properly with all customers and vendors

Must understand customer contracts and all routing and vendor guides-manuals

Must work well with others and be a Team player.

Must be able to adapt quickly and have the ability to work through order issues with customers

Must have good clear communication and great people skills

Must come to work in a clean and business like attire per the dress code

Must be dependable, reliable

Must be driven to accomplish the goals at hand.

Job Details

Manage the creation and timely execution of an achievable, efficient production schedule for a group of manufacturers while maintaining lowest possible inventory levels and agreed upon service levels. Create and maintain purchase orders and other transactions within current working stream of excel and other programs. Perform monthly or quarterly inventory reconciliations with assigned vendors as well as our warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Duties

Provide leadership and guidance to the Inventory team to maintain the objectives of the department.

Maintain the department cycle count schedule to ensure accurate and complete count of inventory during cycle counts

Recommend and implement updates to policies, processes and procedures that support and ensure accurate records of inventory activities, while driving continuous improvement of our inventory processes

Monitor and support inventory transactions within NetSuite and warehouse systems to provide guidance regarding inventory issues including the existence, cause and resolution of inventory variances, while reporting out findings to senior leadership

Collaborate with the security department, establishes and maintain policies and procedures to prevent loss and fraud

Partner with IT leadership and resources to implement and support needed changes to system processes and controls

Manage and provide appropriate direction and support to team members and peers to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of inventory controls systems and procedures

Act as the main point of contact with external auditors

Requirements

Forklift Operation experience a must

Flexible with working the 1st and 2nd shift and weekends

Job Duties

Maintains all facility operational programs, SOP’s and personal policies and procedures

Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols’

Control inventory levels by planning cycle and physical counts and reconciling data with clients along with internal JOI updates as required

Maintain physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and ROI for any replacement work

Achieve financial objectives be preparing daily flash reports, monthly and quarterly projections, Analyze and variances in numbers and the initiating of corrective measures as required

Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and then following up on the work results

Responsible for all facility invoice approval and insure invoices are turned in to accounting on time

Responsible to work with temporary labor agencies for staffing as required

Responsible for handling all day work for non-warehouse customers on East or West Coast

Responsible for end of month facility billings

Maintain facility staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training of employees

Work with sales department as required to review price proposals and to tour potential new and existing customers through the facility

Manage facility supervisors

Responsible to work with bulk material vendors on monthly, quarterly and annual product-material requirements

Responsible to set customer and facility KPI program

Work with customers on a QBR program

Requirements

Must have prior knowledge and experience in this field.

Knowledge of inventory control

Must understand company’s SOP’s and ensure they are adhered to within the facility

Must be able to evaluate staff

Ability to work with financial information

Bi-Lingual a plus

Basic understanding of EDI 940/945

Flexible with working the 1st and 2nd shift and weekends

Tertiary/T.A.F.E.

Forklift Operation experience

OSHA 30 a Plus, 6 Sigma a Plus
