Job Details

Staffing Specialist are in charge of screening candidates resumes, selecting and hiring the ones which best fit with client requirements

Job Functions

• – Recruit, interview and recommend suitable candidates to client organizations.
• – Contact and establish appointments with prospective employees.
• – Communicate client requirements and job duties to prospective candidates.
• – Extend offers of employment.
• – Organize new employee orientation.
• – Facilitate pre-employment testing.
• – Conduct background checks.
• – Fill client orders in a timely manner.
• – Maintain, organize and update candidate database.

Requirements/Abilities

• – Minimum of 1 year experience.
• – Excellent oral and written communication.
• – Bilingual English and Spanish – Preferred.
• – Background and Drug Testing.

Pay Rate $17 – $21/hour. Depending On Experience.
