Our Kamran Staffing, Inc. City Of Industry branch is looking to hire Warehouse Order Puller staff. Take a look below for details of this position.

Pull orders according to the picking ticket form.

– Take and understand orders from Warehouse Manager for pulling merchandise for small parcel and pallets.
– Ensure that a quality check is performed on all order papers.
– Address any misprints, false quantities and closed carton orders.
– Check merchandise in location bins by verifying item numbers.
– Pull orders according to the picking ticket form and recheck them to ensure accuracy.
– Transport pulled items from the bin area to the shipment pallet by using forklifts, pallet jacks or other moving equipment.
– Wrap items in pallets according to instruction provided (when needed).
– Mark items with properly with stickers (fragile) when necessary.
– Place destination information on palletized items such has store name and address and PO numbers.
– Ensure that all places of the picking ticket form are filled out accurately.
– Pull off any old or not needed stickers from the boxes and make sure are discarded properly (when needed).
– Ensure that are pulled orders are brought to the shipping dock areas for proper pallet wrapping and processing.
– Palletize product on pallet properly protecting and securing fragile items.
– Ability to meet picking deadlines established by Warehouse Manager.
– Perform other responsibilities assigned.

– Equivalent of HS Diploma 3+ years related experience.
– Proven experience as an Order Puller in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
– Must possess valid forklift truck certificate.
– Able to lift objects that are a minimum of 30 lbs.
– Experience operating an electric rider, manual and electric pallet jack, order picker and stand up reach truck forklift.
– Basic math skills adding, subtracting, multiplying.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Attention to detail.
– Experience operating wireless barcode handheld scanners.
– Team player.

Pay Rate: $16/hour.
