Keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair.

– Inspects all building spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failures and/or breakdowns.
– Responds to requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks, and troubleshooting smoke detectors.
– Repairs plumbing, electrical and safety systems in building and property as required.
– Ensures the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris.
– Maintains sprinkler system and trash receptacles on the premises.
– Tests warehouse performance and building equipment such as compressors, refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, coffee makers, etc.
– Provides advice and guidance to Management on maintaining the facility and property.
– Maintains the good performance of company vehicles and follow-up on time with tune-ups and mechanical needs.

Pay Rate $20/Hour.
