Job Details

Set up, operate, or tend machines to coat or paint automotive parts.

 

Job Functions

  • – Use accepted spraying techniques to prevent over-spray and loss of powder.
  • – Cleaning down of spray guns and spray booths correctly.
  • – Maintenance of the spray gun parts and booths according to instructions.
  • – Cleaning and keeping work area tidy including basic maintenance of machine/tools.

 

Requirements

  • – Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • – Experience setting up spraying equipment by selecting proper nozzle and adjusting to insure uniform surface covering.
  • – Knowledge regarding preparation of surfaces by cleaning, if necessary, prior to applying coating.
  • – Must know how to use powder coating ovens to cure powder coated products.
  • – Experience in Powder coating in a spray booth according to specifications.

 

Schedule: 2nd shift only available 4:30 pm to 3:00 am Monday through Thursday.

Pay Rate: $18-$20 Depending On Experience.
